I wanted to document some basic recipes, mainly for myself. Don’t expect accurate quantities of the ingredients!

- 2.5kg floury cooking Potatoes
- ~200ml Milk
- a bit of Butter
- 1/2 nutmeg
Peel the potatoes and cut them into smaller pieces. Cook them in salted water until they are soft (~20 min). Pour away the water and add some milk, some butter, ground nutmeg. Mash it with a potato-masher or with your hands. Add milk until it is a smooth mass.
